Eyebrows for Life

Hello everyone,
been so long didn't posted any of beauty post.
As you've seen at my instagram, I promised to post one of the looks I've created based on my pics there. A you can see all the comments are mostly about my eyebrows. :D
So here's the picture that I've talked about..

And the other post is this...

Please excuse the filters that I'm using hahaha.. I couldn't agree more that YES my eyebrows are too pretty that day! And I just wish that my eyebrows is kind of permanent, but sadly it's NOT. I draw it myself and blend it myself so it's not "tattoo" or "embroidery" (sulam).

Here's some pictures of me of course..

NAH thankyou for keep scrolling down :)
As you already know that I am a big fan of Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade!
I'm using the taupe & chocolate color, and damn I love how the color blends!
And as the lashes I'm currently using SILVERSWAN LASH 090 ZEMIRE, and using French 3 Tones Grey from EYELOVIN (soon be my one & only contact lenses sponsors starting April).

As for the complexions, I only use BB cream and a little bit concealer under my eye, the rest is just powder foundation, a bit of blush on & bronzer, and a highlight.

Sorry for the pale looking lips, and just so you know that was my real lip color. Too sad it's not so healthy pink lippy. Working on getting those natural pink lips from now.

And as for the eyeshadow I'm using brown matte color which is divides by two color, one is the light brown and dark brown, and I blended a little bit of black matte eyeshadow on the outter corner of my eyes (which is on the pointed line of the eyeliner).

As for the lips, FYI I didn't wear any of lip plumper, only a lip balm which is from maybelline "baby lips" in light blue color with pink tube.

Well I guess that's the end of this post.
I will soon posted more of makeup look & stuffs.
Good night darlings!

Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade

Hello everyone,
so here I am today presenting my own review for the best eyebrow product from ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS, it's their Dipbrow Pomade.
I've been curious to try the dipbrow pomade, because some people said that it is not so easy to wear, especially if you're not so good doing your eyebrows or if you're not a talented (I didn't said that I am talented though, so no hard feeling guys, it's just word play LOL).
And yeah I admit that it is a little bit tricky at first, you can easily wipe the pomade if you're making mistake while you made the arch or whatever, but once it dries, you can't just wipe it with cotton buds, you need to use your remover as well.
I always use pencil to do my eyebrows daily, but I couldn't help myself fall in love with this pomade from the first time I tried. You can use an angle brow brush to make it easier.
If you're going to swim or had to work out, this is the best choice for an eyebrow products that will LAST LONGER and didn't smudge once you let it dry.
I am using this pomade while I'm working out recently because while you work out, you're sweating a lot of course. I will use this soon to go to swim and see if this pomade really stay in place, and I will let you know! :)
I don't know why but in current few months I prefer a simple makeup look, well I am using a brown natural color contact lens as well, it's GEO Rainshower in brown (it's brand new edition FYI). I never found another good looking brown contact lens except this one, and it is SO COMFY! You should try if you had a problem using contact lens in brown color before.
I bought two different colors of ABH dipbrow pomade, it's chocolate and taupe (it's a new color), taupe is more brown-ash kind of color so you can use it daily because they had a very natural color.
Bought both of it at @houseofmakeup (Check out their INSTAGRAM, it's based in Surabaya, Indonesia).
You can also find it at SEPHORA, in US of course.
ABH didn't launch yet in Asia. Too bad. I wish I could just buy them straight at Sephora near Asia, of course the other products from ABH too.

And here's the look that I've made using this two!
Check it out :)
Using the chocolate ABH dipbrow pomade!
As you know, I am madly in love with bold eyebrows :)

And here's the taupe ABH dipbrow pomade!
And yes this is the best color if you want to look natural, Really! :D

I can't wait to try another color real soon, but I guess now it is more than enough for the next 1 year drawing an eyebrows.
I will try another eyebrow products too when I had a chance, and of course I will let you guys know.
Which brand & color is you fave? :)

Seeyou in another post!

Many different faces.

Hello everyone,
Did you recognize that my makeup on Last Friday Night is a little bit different from the other night, I mean the other day when I use heavy makeup.. #LOL
That's because I change the way I used my eyeliner, well it's more darker than before, and I'm using gold eyeshadow on the lids and brown eyeshadow for the outer V for a little dramatic looking eyes that night. (sounds like a pro #LOLOLOLL!) And not forget to draw your eyebrows too, eyebrows can do so much differences to your face! ;)

http://askanesthetician.files.wordpress.com/2010/06/lop_art_197_med.jpg

I love to draw my brows in Rounded Arch, it makes my face look more dramatic, well maybe look a little evil since I had an evil kind of face #LOLOLOLL!
But don't worry, I'm not an evil, just a human with lotsa kind of face depends on how I do my makeup. :p
This is some technique to shape/draw your eyebrows,

Basic Shaping:
  • The inner edge of the brow should line up with the outside of the corresponding nostril (A).
  • The highest point of the arch should be just at the outer edge of the eyeball. (B)
  • The outer brow should taper off to a point that intersects with an imaginary line drawn from the outer nostril past the outer edge of the eye (C), and you thought geometry wouldn’t be useful later in life! It sounds complicated, but just follow the drawing.

Advanced techniques:
  • You can lift an experienced eye with strategic eyebrow shaping! With an experienced eye, the lid has a tendency to be heavy. Extending the brow down to the “D” line can drag the lid down and make the eyes look tired. Instead, try feathering the brow upward and out from the arch to just above the outer corner of the eye (E). Please keep it natural, we don’t want to create wings here!
  • To minimize the curve of a round face, direct the outer third of the brow towards the top of the ear.
  • If the face is square, direct it toward the middle of the ear. This helps balance the face.
  • If the face is long, keep the brow more straight across, directing it above the ear.
  • An oval face already looks balanced, but to enhance this harmony, you can direct the outer third towards the ear lobe.

And yes, don't draw your brows too thin, it will makes you older than your actual ages! *gasp*
Draw it thickly, but not to thick too.

So now let's take a look to my own Eyebrows.
Well first time I do my eyebrows it looks like a total mess, I used my mom eyebrows pencil, but it didn't suit my hair color back then, so I bought my own eyebrows pencil, since I had dark brown hair color and my mom dyed her hair red last time (now she had dark burgundy hair color), and I just recently dyed my hair to ash brown color, so now we both used dark brown color eyebrows pencil.
